This weekends progress...
This week I have been working hard. My blog has slowed a little, as has my traffic which has allowed me to breath a little more freely. I spent a large ammount of time working on the talks for the camp in October and I'm very happy with the progress.
I also soldered these very nice cables together for my little home theatre system. Here's how I did it...
If you would like any hints and tips on how to DIY I am now a master craftsman and happy to take questions.

First we strip the cable separate the core from the shield.
Second solder the core and shield to the pin
A lot of cables... lots of time and *cough* money
What to do with them all...

see! i TOLD you you'd look better with longer hair!
Lol! looks great, much better than the lord Faqhard wig ;)
Feeble home wiring job, I was smart and bought a already made component cable which is of high quality.
...and feeble. Your cables were about twice the cost... the cabling was the best you can buy and the soldering prtty flipping good (by the end anyway)
I don't lower myself to home handy man
Its only paid for quality or nothing.
Now boys, take deep breaths and count to ten.
Now fight - and no garrotting with home theatre system cabling, that would be unethical.
Strangely rastafarian look there, Mike!
Its a pity that your telly doesn't match the so called meaty cables.
