SUV loving Americans... might be interested.

I'm not sure I'm pumped for all that this site is on about however I'd agree with the sentiments expressed.

It is said somewhere, that Jesus came at just the right time.probably so he wouldn't have to choose between a Chevy and a Dodge, and countless other decisions we make that are meaningless in relation to the gospel. The top Roman soldiers had chariots, Jesus probably never got on anything with wheels. But he rode something into Jeruselum once. Basicaly he had the choice between a horse, ordonkey. Maybe good church goers should quote the power of their engine in donkey power, rather than horse power. There is a engine called a donkey motor. A very old fashioned one cylinder stationary motor, once featured on an episode of Macgyver which he used to pull down a house. The current popular "green" machine in america is the Toyota Prius, along with other hybreds now made my GM and the like. But the Prius is almost a stutus cymbol now. Jesus would catch the bus, not to go anywhere, but to talk to the bus driver of course.

Check out this article for another take on global warming ... so far I've yet to hear anybody else say that it might be perfectly normal. I'm not saying that it's an excuse not to take care of our environment, but I think that the whole "global warming" thing might just be a tad overrated.

Does anyone else think it's a bit odd Jesus would expect to be concerned about global warming? He cursed a fig tree once and caused it to die, hardly a greenie. Jesus was concerned for people.

We guess we can live on this earth for another 10,000 years, hopefully forever with new technology. But it won't happen, Jesus says the Earth is doomed anyhow.
